We’d love to show you around
Tours are typically scheduled around weddings and our Lakehouse rentals, so Sundays are our primary tour days. We also offer select weekday evening appointments to accommodate work schedules whenever possible.
Review our wedding packages beforehand, so we can spend your tour focusing on your vision
Bring everyone involved in the venue decision — seeing the property together makes the decision much easier

Vacation Rental
The Lakehouse sleeps up to 6 across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with lakefront and vineyard views. Live availability and current rates are on our VRBO listing.
Venue Rental
The Barn hosts events up to 175 guests and the Indoor Arena up to 500, with parking for hundreds — available for corporate and private events year-round.

35 acres of rare Rhone varietals, a mandarin and orange orchard on the honor system, and indoor and outdoor riding arenas.

Saureel Vineyards sits on Cold Springs Road in Placerville, California — a 148 acre estate with a 9 acre lake, vineyards, orchards and equestrian facilities.

The four we’re asked most
How many guests can you host?
Up to 150 guests, expandable to 225 for $35 per guest above 150. Events up to 175 are held at The Barn, and up to 500 in the Indoor Arena.
Can we choose our own caterer?
Yes. We’re a venue, not a catering company, and there’s no food or beverage minimum. You may also bring your own alcohol, served by a licensed bartender.
What do your packages cost?
The Saureel Estate Weekend is $14,500 (Friday 4pm–Sunday 11am). Sunday Under the Oak starts at $4,500 for up to 100 guests.
How far ahead should we book?
Most couples reserve 12 to 18 months in advance. A $2,000 initial retainer holds your date, with a flexible payment schedule after that.
