With a weekend event, setup access runs all day and all night, and our planning team coordinates each vendor’s arrival around your timeline. Enjoy your six hours of event time — ceremony beneath the lakeside oak, cocktails from the Horse Trailer Bar, dinner and dancing in the barn — with music wrapping by 10 PM per county ordinance.

Many couples choose to end their wedding weekend with a relaxed mimosa brunch overlooking the vineyard. Standard checkout from the Lakehouse is 11:00 AM, and late checkout may be available upon request, giving you additional time with your closest family and friends.

Reserving your date is simple: a $2,000 initial retainer holds your wedding date. Payments total 50% of the venue investment within 60 days, and the remaining balance — plus a $1,000 refundable security deposit — is due 90 days prior to your wedding, with a flexible payment schedule.

Saureel Vineyards was thoughtfully designed to host weddings of up to 150 guests, and can accommodate up to 225 for an additional $35 per guest above 150. The Sunday Under the Oak package hosts up to 100 guests — and there is no minimum guest count, so micro weddings and elopements are welcome too.
Yes. We host one event per day, and you have exclusive use of the venue on your wedding day.
Yes. We’re a venue, not a catering company, so you select the caterer and menu that fit your vision — guided by our curated Preferred Catering Partners list, and with no food or beverage minimum.
Yes. Couples are welcome to provide their own beer, wine, champagne, and spirits, served by a licensed and properly insured bartending service — we’re happy to recommend trusted professionals from our Preferred Vendor List.
We watch, we plan, and we execute. All back-up options are a coordinated effort between venue, coordinator, and couple — tenting is suggested, and we walk you through the process based on your guest count and forecast.

Most couples reserve their wedding date 12 to 18 months in advance, especially for peak season and popular weekends — and we also accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.
Children are welcomed with supervision by a designated adult, and couples’ pets are allowed with pre-approval. Service animals are always welcome.
